I had been searching and searching for a schematic to help me make a storage farm for a guardian farm in the nether. I was able to find someone to make autocrafting recipes (that I can no longer find on youtube to give credit) and then I connected them all with hoppers from the drops. It's not pretty. But it works.
The AFK spot is in the overworld, and once you get to the farm's location in the nether, just know that it takes a few hours to craft everything, so be aware you'll have to hang out in the nether so the farm can do that. You obviously don't have to because it's your game, and you can do what you want, but it's what I do and then I put everything in shulker boxes.
