| Notes | A very cheap super smelter design for both earlier and later stages of the game with 32 furnaces. It uses no redstone dust, no redstone torches, no pistons or sticky pistons, no redstone repeaters, comparators, observers. All materials can be obtained in the overworld. Only 28 powered rails are used, and the gold may be obtained easily from ruined portals or just mining a bit. This design has features that more advanced super smelters have, such as even distribution of items for maximum efficiency. It also uses a hopper minecart to collect smelted instead of a hopper pipe to save iron. It uses the cheapest and most elegant hopper minecart unloader, designed by me. It smelts 11K items per hour. Includes an XP bank access switch. |
