The villagers need to have slept before you’ll start seeing iron golems, after that it’ll work fine.

does this work in servers? I pasted it, added my own zombies and villagers, and goldems did not spawn. Im in 1.20.1

Works a dream, if pasting in creative you will need to add your own zombies and nametag them so they don't despawn. Adding more storage would be beneficial but not neccessarily required especially if your going to be sorting out the chests regulary. I definitely recommend this farm though, great build o7
