Here is a trading hall with 10 of the villager jobs.
The hardest block to find is the froglights and the pottery sherds, but those can be replaced or removed if needed.
Its almost completely spruce.
I didnt design an outside because I thought you can put it underground.
Its pretty straightforward to build, and can be extended as far as you want!
