Kelp farm with additional auto crafter and smoker.
Before using it, fill the composter above the sticky piston once, and fill the composter on the floor till you can see the bone meal.
Also, fill the hopper going into the smoker with 4 seperate items that cannot be used as fuel. This prevents the hopper from requiring 5 full stacks of kelp blocks, allowing it to operate with only 1 stack while sending the excess blocks to the overflow system.
