Fast and compact iron farm using 3 villagers and 1 zombie. The zombie scares the villagers, causing iron golems to spawn. Water streams push the golems into the lava chamber, where they are eliminated, and the iron and poppies are automatically collected in the chest through hoppers.
Make sure all villagers can sleep in their beds, and do not forget to give the zombie a name tag so it does not despawn. Also, when placing the schematic, dig 3 blocks down and load the structure at that level.
