Some of the farm is missing from it the very top with all the composters and minecarts with hoppers.

Does the sugarcane collect on its own? Sugar cane is just all over the place after a little while.

I would put pistons on top of the white concrete blocks to put them back so than you don't have to wait as long for them to be put back

So with the minecart hoppers they all just go into the first dispenser how can i fix this?
