This is the hub for the ocean mega-base I have been designing for a few months centered around my guardian farm. The lower half is intended to be built underneath sea level however, wherever you build it is up to you.

Could you post more screenshots with the base placed in water and showing how the guardian farm works? Maybe do a YouTube video tour?
I am working on this and I have noticed a few things that need addressing.
--The outer columns/support structures are hollow and unlit. So, they tend to spawn a lot of mobs.
--The waterfalls go all the way to the base of the build, which makes it seem like the whole thing should be over sea level.
--If the central cylinder on the lower half of the build is supposed to be drained, the ocean would just spill in the large archways. I'm not really sure how I will deal with that yet.
