Simple flower farm. To use fill Dispenser at the bottom with bone meal and to start it use the button with the observer. to stop it use the other one. Also the specific building blocks used are not necessary.

the 2 blocks were positioned right (you see which side i mean by looking at the pic in this farm) from the stop button then going down and there are ment to be 1 cobblestone (above the grassblock) and redstone ontop of that one. then it is fixed
