After warmup (droppers, dispensers, and hoppers need to fill with bonemeal) produces ~12 stacks of bonemeal per hour per layer (Schematic shows 2 layer design) Fully fits in a single chunk to avoid annoying chunk load/unload issues. Perfect option to be built in spawn chunks to run bonemeal powered kelp, bamboo, and villager crop farms. Hopper clock should have 10 items in it, due to server lag if you see cobble being created add 1-2 additional item to hopper clock. Tagged as 1.21 but works in older versions if you replace the copper bulb with a different t-flip-flop. at 12 layers output speed will exceed hoppers speed so you will need to split off to a different output stream.
