TNT Duper seems broken or smth.
Placing TNT last instant ignites it and makes it go through the Wall block below.

This might be a bit very late. But I have stumbled on to this recently and I had the same problem until I looked at the tnt-duper video from DoomFish. He actually explains, that the tnt, to start has to be placed in the middle and just during the process is moved to the side. For a better explanation just look up "DoomFish Precision TNT Duper" on YouTube.
