Make sure that the cobblestone slabs are at the build limit on the nether roof Super simple and easy to build you will need turtle eggs and sometimes you have to run over hit a zombie pigman and run back I always try to use simple and easy to get materials so you can just download and go without having to change blocks, This also makes the builds easier to print in if you use printer (Sorry if I steal you design I have a lot of farms and designs that I've edited over the time of me playing so the materials are more basic and easy to get)
