i did every thing put the right things in the dispensers all water but top lava and it just moves around and does nothing

If you build this farm make sure you put water in all of the dispensers, also dont use any burnable stairs

    are the stairs made of non-flameable materials? all dispensers (not droppers) should have a water bucket in them, except the one on the roof, it need a lava bucket

Do I Have To have Dark Prismarine Stairs? And Do I Have To have something in the dispenser? Because those are the only two things i can think of why its not working for me
