Frequently Asked Questions

Our store standards are higher than free listings. Items must meet these requirements to be accepted and remain listed.

Standards were strengthened on 3 April 2026. These requirements apply to all new submissions from that date onward. Older listings are being progressively reviewed and updated where required.

  • Original work: All items must be your own original creation. If your product includes a significant build based on an existing design (for example a decorative build built around a farm design), you must include a clear link/credit to the original design in the description.
  • Clear images: Your images must clearly show what the user is buying. The first image must be 16:9 (example: 1920×1080) so it displays correctly across the store.
  • Description requirements (must be first): The key build information must appear before any links to Patreon/Discord/socials, and it must be written clearly so a normal player understands it.

Your description must include:

  • Dimensions of the build (X/Y/Z).
  • Block count (you can get this easily using Litematica, which can read both .schem and .litematic files).
  • File types included with purchase (for example: .litematic, .schem, Java world download).
  • Minecraft version the files were created in.
  • Survival friendliness (see below).

Survival friendly rules:

  • If a build contains blocks not obtainable in vanilla survival (for example bedrock or reinforced deepslate) then it is not survival friendly.
  • If a build requires rare blocks in quantities that are unreasonable for a typical player to obtain in survival, then it is not survival friendly.
  • We can’t be perfectly specific on every block and quantity, but as a guide: a build needing a couple of diamond ore blocks could be reasonable; asking a player to collect hundreds or thousands is not.

3D imported objects: The store already has a large number of reskinned 3D imports with mixed quality. We don't believe adding more of these improves the long-term health of the marketplace. If a significant portion of your catalogue is 3D imported items (especially statues, but not limited to them), your application is likely to be rejected.

Enforcement: Items that do not meet these standards will be rejected. If we later find an item was incorrectly approved or the listing is misleading, it will be removed. In serious cases, we may remove a partner from the store entirely.

We use software called CollabPay once your first product is live you will recieve an email from CollabPay here you will create an account and link your Paypal account (Stripe coming soon) you will be able to see your products and sales and within 30 calendar days of end of the month you will recieve your payout (no minimum required).

Yes your creations remain your property and can be removed from our marketplace at any time.

No, our program is non-exclusive, so you can continue listing your items on other platforms.

Price your item in a whole dollar amount e.g. $1, $2, $3 etc... Our software will handle the rest converting to the users currency of choice. Please note this does mean there will be some variance in the amount received per order but users feel more comfortable purchasing in their own currency so we think this is the best approach to maximise sales.

This is a tough question to answer, firstly I would recommend you look at the store and sort the items by most popular, then consider the size and detail level of your build and then list for a similar price to existing items in that range.

I would add that I personally keep my price on the low side, I'd rather have 4 sales at $3 than 1 sale at $10. Whatever you decide if you wish to change the price then simply contact us in the discord or by email (more on that below).

Before your first item is listed then the best way to contact us is by email. During the listing of your first item you will be invited to join our partner discord.

Typically within 24 hours however the first build may take longer as there are more setup steps and more checks. At this moment in time abfielder.com is a one man band and so there may be delays if I'm out of town but I will do my best to communicate this with you.
