This is why I don't bother with a rating system and vet comments, following the comment from Skycraft above I've loaded this litematic into a test world and given it the once over and it works absolutely fine. I suspect the issue Skycraft had is that they don't understand how to set this up to work as it's not like a standard item filter you might be used to. I will add a help guide for setting up item filters on this type of shulker loader in the near future. Until then I would suggest simply pasting this into a creative world and looking at how all the hoppers are set up and the dropper. It's set up to load white concrete.
